 Overcoming the core problems of lightweighting

 Focusing on "the development of high-performance automotive lightweight casting aluminum alloy and microstructure control", Dr. Yu Jia Min was introduced to form the R&D team. Through the optimization of material composition, heat treatment process innovation and microstructure control technology, we developed a new type of aluminum-silicon alloy materials, whose yield strength, tensile strength and elongation reached the industry-leading level, and whose thermal conductivity was significantly better than that of similar products, which meets the urgent needs of new energy automobiles for high-strength and high-conductivity materials.

 Effective market application

 The developed high-performance aluminum alloy thin-walled parts have been widely used in new energy vehicles, such as three-in-one motor shell, controller box and other key components, the product qualification rate of over 99%, for two consecutive years to occupy more than 35% of the domestic market share in the segment, ranking first in the country. In addition, the lightweight materials developed by the company have helped customers realize a weight reduction of more than 30% in components and enhance the range of new energy vehicles.

 At present, the company's R & D team size of more than 150 people, covering die-casting experts, mold engineers and university researchers, and with Northeastern University and other 11 institutions to carry out in-depth cooperation. Through the "research for production" model, the company has incubated three leading international technologies and formed stable cooperation with leading enterprises such as Sunny Power and Weifu Hi-Tech.
